Rohit Shetty through Simmba finally combined all the traits he ever wanted a police officer to have.

Ranveer Singh in Simmba plays a perfect Rohit Shetty story hero. He has got humor , he is wicked , he is charming and he can obviously flip a human with a single punch. There are less flipping cars this time , at least that is a relief for us. After years of flipping cars and a disaster like Dilwale ,Rohit Shetty now finally knows the way to control his emotion of flipping the cars.

First half is very entertaining , the boisterous, ostentatious character of Ranveer Singh will make you laugh throughout the first half of the movie . The story is pretty clear and predictable . As you can know from the trailer Sangram Bhalerao aka Simmba is an orphan and is impressed by the power of the police and the way they can earn money because of their Vaardhi(uniform). So he decides to become a police officer in future so that he can earn money easily. Ranveer Singh is comfortably enjoying his bad cop role but suddenly things turn south when a girl who calls him Dada gets raped . He becomes a good cop and understands his responsibility as a police officer in the second half. This movie is like a same old rape-revenge drama but it is clearly more entertaining with extra masala and some great dialogues.

I don't think no one else could have played the role of Simmba better than Ranveer Singh . Sonu Sood is an experienced villain now , he is like the wall of bollywood villain. I bet the sum of him playing the role of villain is more than the sum of balls Rahul Dravid has played in all his test matches. Sara Ali Khan did her four scene part beautifully. I am gonna talk less about her because she was only there for songs and four dialogues, that's it, I don't know why Rohit Shetty plans to take a heroine in this Singham sort of franchise if clearly the role of the heroine is almost negligible. Many dialogues are praiseworthy and laughable.

Overall, this movie is entertaining and a movie which people will go with their family. It has got almost everything the Indian audience generally needs in a movie. Indian audience who love this sort of masala-action movie packed with elements of humor and social issue . So you will enjoy this movie and definitely it is worth a watch for the energy and the character of Simmba. There is no boring sort of moments in this movie , it will keep you engaged and make you laugh , this somehow makes it a good watch for the weekend.
